I first heard about Amber and her boutique, Beautiful and Beloved, at a conference. Her table full of beautiful items was too crowded with people for me to get close enough to her to chat—but I knew I loved what her boutique did and the amazing values it stood for—empowering former trafficking victims through the sale of their handmade items.
Then her boutique popped up right in my very own town of Palmer Lake! I followed her on Facebook and loved browsing the beautiful items and stories that would appear on my feed. One day, she announced a new ministry—reveal ministry. This ministry would be funded by Beautiful & Beloved's sales, and become a hub for those searching to live fully, love deeply, and find freedom through Christ—no matter what their pasts held.
I was sold, and I wanted to help tell the story of reveal ministry. So we sat down in her little boutique one morning, and over a delicious cup of coffee—talked about the the visual message of reveal ministry. Together we designed a logo and strong color palette, and then brought the brand into all areas of social media and web.
As a side task, I also put together the design elements for Beautiful & Beloved's new app (releasing very, very soon!).
I've so enjoyed designing for Amber, and know this is just the start to our relationship. I also love that the boutique is only a minute's drive away.
"Melody has been an absolute joy to work with, her taste is impeccable and she works very hard to provide you with the most thorough design branding I have seen. I will be using her talents again and again."
